חלוקה הוגנת

בעקבות מצוקת הדיור בישראל (ובמקומות רבים אחרים בעולם), התחלתי לחפש דרכים הוגנות ויעילות לחלק קרקעות. התחלתי מהבעיה הקלאסית של חלוקת העוגה, והרחבתי אותה בכל מיני כיוונים הקשורים לחלוקת קרקע.
